Bruce Jenner Debuts Caitlyn Jenner On The Cover Of Vanity Fair, Spells Her Name With A “C”

She’s here!

Bruce Jenner, the former Olympian and reality TV star, took the biggest – and final – step towards a brand new life. On Monday, June 1, 2015, Jenner made her big debut as Caitlyn Jenner on the July cover of Vanity Fair and the Internet went crazy!

The 65-year-old star will reportedly use female pronouns from now on, and even though her publicist said that there is no personal significance to Jenner’s new name, everyone is buzzing about it for the most obvious reason ever: it’s spelled with a ‘C’.

The former husband of Kris Jenner – with whom he has daughters Kendall and Kylie – and the stepfather of Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian decided to distance herself from the famous reality TV family’s ‘K’ names and chose a name that’s spelled with a ‘C’ instead.

And even though Jenner herself has not made any official comments yet, it has been reported that spelling Caitlyn with a ‘C’ was intentional, as she is trying to step away from the Kardashian-Jenner clan and create her own identity.

Twitter noticed this, of course, and the comments are hilarious:
